2. Understand the policies and how this affects the pricing of a particular lease.
3. Bear in mind restrictions within the matrices.
4. How to obtain Threshold Pricing (THPV) in order to make the correct Pricing calculations
5. Learn about the necessary escalation points and the mechanisms to be used in particular cases
